You can see our prices on our booking form without obligation.
You do not have to add your personal information. Simply select your home size and extras. Then you will be given a final price at the bottom of the form.
All our flat-rate cleans are calculated based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have in your home. Additionally, all living areas, dining, and kitchen areas will be left sparkling clean too!
(Any additional rooms such as studies, theatres or home offices are considered as bedrooms.)
Deep cleaning and/or move in/out cleaning will give you more cleaning hours for the cleaners to stay longer to do a more detailed clean. It will include things that are not normally included in a standard clean such as cleaning baseboards, among others.
Any ‘extra’ not selected on the form is NOT included in your cleaning.
A deep cleaning is for customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in a while or for homes in need of a more detailed clean. This allows our cleaners additional time to thoroughly clean your home from top to bottom, as per your requested requirements.
It will include additional things not included in our standard cleaning, such as baseboards among other items.
You can also give the cleaners custom instructions.
Yes, we bring all supplies that are needed. We can also use your supplies if you would like.
We can send between 1 – 4 cleaners, depending on your request and the size of your home and what kind of cleaning service you need and how quickly you would like the job done. These variables will all affect the cost.
We only do dishes. We have a special domestic and commercial dishwashing service, and even more.
We currently provide cleaning services in all areas of London.
Absolutely, we can provide eco-friendly green cleaning supplies. Or if you prefer, we can use your own cleaning products as well. Just let us know in the notes when you are booking.
If that is your preference, we will do our utmost to accommodate it, but rest assured, if on occasion we have to send an alternative member of our team, as perhaps your cleaner is away on annual leave, or is unwell, or your requested day is their day off, or they’re on another booking, the replacement cleaner will be more than capable of completing the job to your complete satisfaction. You will certainly have the same level of professional cleaning for each visit.
Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is entirely up to you.
If you won’t be there, we just need a way to get in and our vetted member of staff will treat your home like their own. We can lock up or leave the key wherever you like.
We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. You can let us in, and then stay home whilst we clean, or you can go out if you wish, and leave us a way of locking up when we’ve finished the job. You may give us a spare key. You can also leave a spare key with a concierge if you have one, or with a neighbour.
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 48-hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.
We can only accept PayPal or cash payments at the moment. Please let us know in advance if you require an invoice. Payment in full is due on completion of the job. We will provide a receipt for payment on request.
