TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is the page where you can understand our terms and conditions. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using our Service or booking by phone, email or website, contact forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
CANCELLATION
Unless otherwise agreed, you pay on the day the service is done. Payment for your cleaning is paid by card, credit card, invoice stream, or by cash. Special circumstances that warrant special requests for additional services should be made 5 days before a service day. If your scheduled service day falls on a public holiday, the cleaning will be cancelled and you should contact us to re-arrange an alternative date. We will treat your facility with the greatest of care.
Please inform us of any items that are irreplaceable. In that case, we can make special arrangements. If the customers want to change the cleaning service. Or they want to change the time due to unexpected circumstances. The company will do its best to accommodate them. At least, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. We cannot guarantee that the same cleaners will be available on the new date requested by the customer. Any changes in the cleaning schedule are subject to availability.
Services
For bookings of cleaning services on an hourly rate, without a pre-inspection visit, the terms enumerated below will be applicable:
- Customers must purchase at least 2 hours of minimum of service.
- Depending on the situation, cleaner availability may change, yet the quoted price and booked cleaning time remain unaffected.
- The cleaning services will be delivered exclusively within the purchased timeframe.
- The services may take longer to complete due to factors such as the current state of the property and the layout or number of rooms, bathrooms, WCs, or shower rooms.
- The company does not guarantee enough time for the cleaning services to complete the task. The estimate is based on the average time taken to finish a similar task with the same specifications in a standard-sized dwelling, as outlined in the pricing details.
- In case you’ve purchased the Company’s services for End of Tenancy, Deep, Move-in/Move-out, Post-Renovation, or Post-Construction cleaning, the quoted prices are based on the premise that the space is in reasonable condition and free from significant obstructions, heavy equipment, or construction materials, allowing for uninterrupted service. The Company, at its sole discretion, may evaluate the premises and, if determined to be unsuitable, may void the price quote and decline to offer services.
- The Premises should be equipped with running water, electricity, adequate lighting, and either heating or air conditioning, as needed, to allow the cleaning services to be performed effectively.
- The job will not be continued by the Company if, after inspection, it is concluded that the material for cleaning or treatment does not meet the necessary criteria. The Company will discontinue the job if water and power are not accessible or if the Client or another person interferes. Should the Client not have paid a deposit beforehand and this clause applies, a 20% cancellation fee of the total cost will apply. No refunds will be offered when this clause is triggered and the deposit has been paid by the Client.
Client Obligations and Responsibilities
The Client acknowledges and agrees that they are completely responsible for:
- Ensuring the premises are available to the Company without obstruction, allowing for the complete performance of the cleaning services on the agreed date.
- Delivering clear-cut instructions for deactivating and activating security or home systems.
- Confirming that all pets are appropriately restrained to avoid any issues during the cleaning services, which the Client assures that they are fully responsible for any injuries or losses incurred by dogs or pets present on the premises during the cleaning service.
- Supplying the Company with a detailed and comprehensive description of the areas the Client wishes to have cleaned.
- Letting the Company know of areas that must not be cleaned or deserve special cleaning instructions.
Payment Conditions
- The Company reserves the right to charge for all work, including experimental work, that is undertaken at your request. All work conducted on behalf of the Client by the Company is assumed to have been fully approved by the Client. An official order is not essential if we have written or verbal confirmation, including letters, faxes, phone messages, texts, or email correspondence, confirming that we can proceed.
- The Company's price quote, given before services are provided, serves as an estimate only and may be revised according to project scope, hours spent, and personnel involved.
- The Client provides the Company with permission to charge their credit card for all amounts owed for services delivered. The Client agrees not to seek a charge-back for these charges. Should the Company encounter any issues recovering payment from the Client's card provider, the Client agrees to make full payment to the Company within 48 hours, including any additional fees.
Refund Terms in Detail
- There will be no refunds after the cleaning service is complete. If you encounter any problems with the cleaning, you must notify the Company within twenty-four (24) hours, and the Company will work to fix the problem.
- The Company will only issue refunds for services that are canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the session starts and where payment has already been received.
- In cases where the Client has booked a regular cleaning service (such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and been granted a discount by the Company, the discount will be reflected in the total charges. If service frequency decreases and a scheduled appointment is canceled, the Company may withdraw the discounts previously provided for earlier services and apply the regular rate to those already completed.
Provision of Materials and Equipment
- If the cleaning services are included in the client’s quote, the company can supply the required materials and equipment.
- When the Client provides materials or equipment for cleaning, all items must be safe to use, operational, and not require any specialized expertise.
- The Company commits to not using materials or equipment that require special instructions for operation or use.
- In the event the Company utilizes materials or equipment offered by the Client, the Client undertakes to indemnify and shield the Company from all liabilities and damages associated with such use.
- Cleaning supplies and equipment (mop, bucket, hoover etc.) can be provided by the customer. Equipment that have been provided by the customer must be safe to operate, and be in full working condition.
- If the customer has equipment that is complicated to operate, the customer must provide clear and detailed instructions to the cleaner. If the customer does not have cleaning materials and equipment, and customer can ask the company or the cleaning team to provide them, the extra charges will apply accordingly.
- A detailed list of cleaning requirements must be provided by the customer to the cleaner prior to service commencing. If only verbal description of the tasks has been provided, the company will not be responsible for any tasks not carried out.
Mutual Waiver of Liability
The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages resulting from the cleaning services, including, but not limited to, any claims or losses such as direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, consequential or other damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
Protection Against Losses
Indemnification: The Client is responsible for indemnifying the Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, representatives, and their officers and employees against damages, liabilities, legal actions, claims, demands, losses, costs, and expenses. The Company reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred (such as attorney fees, disbursements, or court costs) directly or indirectly related to the cleaning services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions, other agreements, or any unauthorized infringement or violation of a third party's rights by you.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
DISCLAIMER
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Miscellaneous
The laws of England and Wales will govern the validity, construction, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and any referenced agreements, without application of conflict-of-law rules. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We may update our terms and conditions periodically
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions on this page.
